DEERFIELD Subdivision Oxford MS

The Deerfield subdivision in Oxford, MS consists of one main street called Deerfield Drive. These homes are well built and have a great sense of community to them. The Deerfield homes are a respectable subdivision due to their reasonable prices and neighborhood feel. These homes are located just off of College Hill road, just past College Hill Heights subdivision and are near the Oxford University Golf Course. You may see Gumtree, Tara, and Twelve Oaks subdivision if you drive around the general vicinity of Deerfield. Most of the Deerfield homes were built in the mid to late 1990's and come with two car garages and spacious backyards. Although Deerfield is in the city limits of Oxford, it is a part of the Lafayette County School District.
