Oxford, Mississippi’s Country Club subdivision dates from the 1960s. Country Club Homes seem to do very well when it comes to resale value over the years. Some buyers approach some of these homes in a way to where they may buy the home just for the lot and build a totally new home. You will find that there are two other subdivisions that join Country Club subdivision, called Tatum and Turnberry Court. These MLS listings have been included with the Country Club page simply because many of the residents refer to these three subdivisions collectively as “Country Club” or the “Country Club area”. Country Club was originally a private golf course community that is now the lovely Pat Lamar Park. Thanks to their close proximity to both Oxford Square and the University of Mississippi, these homes really have a lot to offer! They also have larger-than-normal lots. The homes in the country club area are definitely something to start looking into!
