Delavine subdivision is a multi-use development with new condominiums on the top level and commercial space on the bottom. The condos on the top floor are around 905 square feet and were constructed in 2009. The Delavine 2 is located just behind the Chandler Nissan dealership just off of Highway 6 next to the links golf course. Eight condos exist in Delavine 2; four of which have a front view and the remaining for have a back view. There are attractive features in the Delavine such as 10 foot ceilings, stainless appliances, concrete countertops with aesthetic lighting, and eight foot doors. Each Delavine condo also has a balcony.
