Aspen Ridge Townhomes are located off of Anderson Road here in Oxford, MS. With Aspen Ridge being in such a great area they are definitely worth taking a gander. With just over a mile from campus and only about a 5 or 6 minute drive to the Oxford Square, you can't go wrong with the location. The subdivision of Aspen Ridge is well kept with the grass being freshly manicured and the landscaping lush. Aspen ridge has open floor plans and spacious bedrooms. Most of the Aspen Ridge townhomes are three bedroom units although they do offer 2 and 4 bedroom units as well. These condos should definitely be considered if you are concerned with resell value because stand alone units are easier to finance. It could also give you a break on insurance costs.
